No Fluff Jobs, a job site owned by Ringier Axel Springer, has launched in Belarus and Ukraine. This is part of Ringier Axel Springer’s push to build its presence in the Belarussian and Ukrainian job markets in the field of IT specialist recruitment.

According to No Fluff Jobs, only 1.7% of all job applications on its site came from Ukraine and 0.5% from Belarus. That shows great potential for development in these countries, said Tomasz Bujok, CEO of No Fluff Jobs, in a report for

No Fluff Jobs wants to help IT specialists from Ukraine and Belarus find a job in other markets where the app is available, including in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. The company also hopes that it will become an important way of recruiting IT specialists in Belarus and Ukraine for domestic and foreign IT companies.

No Fluff Jobs was established in 2014 in Poland. Ringier Axel Springer acquired a 44% stake in the company in July 2018. In October 2019, the site expanded into Hungary, and in July 2020, into the Czech Republic.

The site focuses specifically on listings for IT specialists. It publishes standardized and comparable job offers and currently has more than 6,000 listings and 4,000 companies on its platform. Listings contain all information about a given job position, including the salary and bonuses offered by the employer.
