British recruitment company CV-Library has partnered with recruitment technology firm Rectec to help simplify the way organizations buy recruitment software.

Rectec recently launched a comparison and evaluation tool, Rectec Compare, to help customers select the right technology products such as applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM’s. The tool helps employers and recruitment agencies make better informed decisions about the software they use and to find software vendors that match their requirements.

Recruitment technology comparison services can help organizations save time and money by helping firms find the best products for them. The Rectec Compare tool uses built-in software evaluation and RFI automation tools and is available to eligible users at no extra cost.

“We’re thrilled to be working with the CV-Library team, it’s one of those natural partnerships that really makes sense,” said Rectec founder Rob Green.

CV-Library, a thriving independent U.K. recruitment vertical, with a network of over 800 job sites that it owns, operates or has partnerships with has more than 16.5 million candidate CV’s. It wants to use Rectec’s tool to support its customer base of over 10,000 employers and staffing agencies so they can identify the right recruitment technologies for their own needs.

“After more than a year of uncertainty, it’s vital that businesses hit the ground running when it comes to hiring,” said CV-Library CEO Lee Biggins.

Technology is such a key part of the process and, with so many platforms on the market, it can be difficult to find the right tools.”
