In Poland,, an autos vertical geared toward used cars, has given outsiders a glimpse into its sale statistics for its first year of operation.

The site has sold 2,000 cars since it was launched by the largest Polish bank PKO BP in July last year. 35% of customers chose to lease, 40% decided for long-term rental, and 25% bought a car with cash. Half of the Automarket customers used financing from PKO BP. includes off-lease cars provided by a group of financing companies associated with PKO BP, as well as from car dealers. All the cars listed on the marketplace have been carefully selected and have proven technical condition and service history.

The site also attracts users by offering online purchases and home delivery. There is also an option to arrange a test drive and car inspection before completing the transaction.

Automarket faces fierce competition in a market dominated by, and Horizontals, and also hold strong positions in the category.
