Reed.co.uk, which relaunched earlier this month as a careers marketplace, said the ‘Direct Apply’ partnership will enable companies to find the right candidate faster, capture each candidate, track their hiring funnel and give candidates a “seamless approach” when they apply for a job on Reed.co.uk.
This will deliver efficiency gains to businesses that use JobAdder so they can improve how they manage their recruitment programs. Candidates complete their application on Reed.co.uk and then the website will send the application automatically, along with any required documents, like CVs and covering letters direct to a company’s JobAdder account.
The new partnership has started during a period of reports of skills shortages and lower candidate activity in the U.K. recruitment industry.
