Pole Emploi.fr, the state-owned job board in France, is working with Cap Emploi to roll out a program that will improve access to the job market for workers with disabilities in northern France.

In July, Pole Emploi signed a memorandum of understanding with Cap Emploi, a network of public service organizations set up to increase the integration of individuals with disabilities into the French workplace.

Following a successful pilot project, the partnership will see Cap Emploi experts in professional integration dispatched to Pole Emploi agencies in the Hauts-de-France region to “streamline and accelerate the reintegration processes”, according to Pole-Emploi.

The program, which will also be supported by regional players, is slated to be up and running in October.

Pole Emploi has around 50,000 recruiting agents for 6.6 million registered job seekers. By traffic, it is the No. 1 recruitment site in France, with 32.7 million visitors in June, according to SimilarWeb. It competes with Fr.indeed.com and HelloWork.
