Real estate marketplace QuintoAndar, which handles end-to-end rentals for users in Brazil without a co-signer, has acquired real estate finance broker Atta Franchising, the company said. The transaction value was not disclosed.

QuintoAndar, which also sells properties, aims to speed up and improve the quality of real estate financing.

Atta Franchising works as a financing broker providing services for agents, realtors, and correspondent bank. Its network of 113 franchisees currently serves 1,500 realtors in Brazil.

QuintoAndar said Renato Caporrino will continue as the CEO of Atta Francising. The company announced there won’t be any changes in the existing agreements between Atta and its franchisees.
