Australia-based Carsales has appointed Sam Zadgan (LinkedIn profile), the former GM of Publicis Media, as its new GM of commercial partnerships.
Zadgan will be responsible for developing commercial partnerships and innovation across the Carsales media and sales division.
“As we start to shine a light on all the unique offerings available under the Carsales umbrella, Sam is joining our media leadership team and will be a key contributor in the transformation of our media business,” commercial director of media (sales and customer solutions) Vanya Mariani said in a statement.
Zadgan was previously at Publicis Media for three years. Prior to that he held commercial financial roles at BBC Studios, Verizon Media and News Corp.
“Carsales is a data and audience-rich business with a history of innovations in technology. Even with the strength of the company, its products and teams have demonstrated [that] it retains almost untapped potential as a digital disrupter,” Zadgan said.
