Realtor.com has promoted Leslie Jordan (LinkedIn profile) to chief product officer. Reporting directly to CEO David Doctorow, Jordan will lead product strategy, product management, product marketing and design for all of Realtor.com’s platforms, according to a hiring announcement.

She replaces Rachel Morley (LinkedIn profile), who had worked for Realtor.com for a little over two years.

Jordan most recently served as senior vice president of product strategy at Realtor.com. In this role, she oversaw product marketing and strategy, and helped identify new growth areas for the company. 

Jordan joined the firm as a team member from Opcity, acquired by Realtor.com in January 2018. She worked at Opcity as head of product and built the product, design and product marketing teams from the ground up. 

Prior to Opcity, Jordan served as a product leader at Lithium Technologies (now Khoros).

Realtor.com, the no. 2 U.S. real estate site behind Zillow, credits Jordan’s diverse experience in engineering, sales, and product marketing for allowing her “to bring cross-functional teams together to build great products that customers love.” 

Having graduated summa cum laude with a computer science degree from the University of Florida, Jordan spent her early career in product management and development positions at such firms as IBM, Lombardi Software and Social Dynamx (acquired by Lithium in 2012).

Realtor.com, the no. 2 U.S. real estate site after Zillow in terms of traffic, has been reshuffling its leadership since it brought in Doctorow from EBay in January 2019. Within three months, Doctorow had elevated two Opcity alums to C-suite roles, so Jordan would be the third Opcity veteran to gain a leadership role in the parent firm. Doctorow has also made outside hires, including a new chief marketing officer from EBay and a chief technology officer from Pandora.
