In Poland, OLX Group-owned real estate vertical Otodom.pl has launched a new service that lets real estate brokers visualize how their home will look like after renovation.
The service includes a virtual walk through the property and a 3D projection of a furnished and refreshed apartment in one of 5 finishing styles. All this enables sellers to show the real potential of the real estate, which the interested client is often unable to see in ordinary photos.
The get a 3D virtual walk-through of the refurbished apartment, you need to send a sketch or technical projection and photos of the property. The service costs PLN 199 ($50 U.S.) and is provided in cooperation with 3DEstate, a technological company.
By choosing a Virtual Renovation, real estate brokers increase the chances of customer interest and a more advantageous transaction, Otodom said in a blog post announcing the new service.
Otodom is the dominant real estate vertical in Poland. Its primary competitors are NNV’s Nieruchomosci-Online.pl and Morizon.pl, which was acquired by Ringier Axel Springer last year.
