India-based real estate marketplace has teamed up up with community management site MyGate for joint search-and-discovery operations.

The partnership will enable users of MyGate Homes, the recently launched classifieds segment of MyGate, to simultaneously list properties on This move is expected to supercharge MyGate’s operations in the classifieds/search-and-discovery domain while helping expand its customer base, according to an official statement by the company.

MyGate is predominantly a community management site, used by over 20,000 housing communities across India. It launched MyGate Homes in September, after piloting the service for three months across 2,500 communities in Bengaluru. At the time, the company had announced an ambitious target of listing 25,000 properties per month by December.
