The Italy-based property marketplace Immobiliare.it has launched a new advertising campaign. Over the next 10 months, the real estate website will showcase its brand messages on trams and buses across 23 Italian cities.
The campaign will take place in Rome, Milan, Turin and Florence as well as along suburban routes. The expansion in marketing is largely driven by Immobiliare’s growing rivalry with two leading real estate marketplaces owned by private equity firm EQT — Idealista and Casa.it.
The vehicles have been specifically designed for each individual city, but the common point remains familiar blue of the Immobiliare.it brand.
“The Italian property market is in clear recovery, our cities are finally starting to live and repopulate, and for this reason, it seemed like the right time to go back to the streets and meet every day those looking for a new home,” said CEO Carlo Giordano.
“Thanks to the widest range of advertisements in Italy, and the possibility of defining a personalized search, Immobiliare.it is the best way to find the desired property in a few steps and based on your priorities, whether it is proximity to a metro or a certain distance from a point of interest,” commented Giordano.
Immobiliare.it is the No. 2 property marketplace business in Italy by total monthly visits, behind EQT’s combined Casa and Idealista brands.
