NO-CV, a Lithuanian recruitment app, has received its third investment worth €212,500 ($240,284 U.S.). It came from the business angels of Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN) and Latvian Business Angel Network (LatBAN), along with several Estonian angel investors, according to a report on ArcticStartup.com

Earlier, NO-CV received €320,000 of seed money and another investment of €150,000 for further development from LitBAN.

NO-CV was founded by Lithuanian entrepreneur Gediminas Vilčiauskas in November 2020. The startup aims to make the hiring process easier and better by eliminating CVs, which are sometimes seen as a burden both by jobseekers and employers.

The app lets candidates create a profile within a minute by ticking the boxes next to the statements that apply to them. Then, the candidates are assessed by an automated algorithm and matched with job offers. If they apply for the job, they can get in touch with employers via integrated chat messages. The companies can use the app based on a subscription model.

NO-CV has around 50,000 users and about 800 business clients from countries such as Lithuania, Latvia, and Denmark. The company employs 15 staff.
