Agora-owned recruitment company HRLink has appointed Honorata Fidos-Bodzan as product and growth head and Szymon Gałęziewski as IT manager for its ATS system HRLink.pl and recruitment site GoldenLine.pl.
Fidos-Bodzan (LinkedIn profile) will supervise the development of Poland-based HRLink and GoldenLine. It will be her second stint as growth head of GoldenLine, a position she held from 2018 to 2020, when she left the company to become product development manager at gaming company G2A.com.
Gałęziewski (LinkedIn profile) joins HRLink from insurance company Warta, where he also worked as IT manager. Prior to that, he held various IT management leadership roles in companies such as Accuratus and Euler Hermes. He will be responsible for IT teams management.
HRLink, which merged with GoldenLine in October last year, is an online ATS system available under a subscription model. It offers other IT services related to the recruitment process (e.g. creating career websites) as well as a multi-posting job ads service.
GoldenLine is the Polish equivalent of LinkedIn, and provides job matching and recruitment services. HRLink wants to transform the site into a comprehensive HR tech platform that will provide employee search, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and support for the outplacement process.
HRLink saw revenue of PLN 7 million ($1.9 million U.S.) and a net loss of PLN 400,000 ($108,645 U.S.) in FY2020.
