Aures Holdings, a Czech Republic-based company operating several used-car verticals and offline facilities in Europe, is planning to employ about 250 people to its branches in Europe by the end of 2022.
The company owns AAAAuto, which operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary; Mototechna and Auto Discount in the Czech Republic; as well as Driverama, an online used-car platform launched in April in Germany.
Aures Holdings is currently looking for 114 employees in the Czech Republic, 25 in Slovakia, 59 in Poland, and 48 for Driverama’s development in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic
“We are looking for candidates for all types of positions, from car preparation to management. We are also expanding our IT and Data Science departments, where we recruit experienced experts for interesting projects. For the international project Driverama, which already has 8 branches in Germany, has started operations in the Netherlands and is going to France and Belgium, we currently need almost fifty people. In Slovakia, we are already preparing for the season, as well as in Poland, where we are hiring in advance for the planned opening of branches in Gdańsk and Rzeszów”, said Karolína Topolová, CEO at AURES Holdings, in a report for Czech news site Roklen24.cz.
Aures Holdings sold 86,571 cars in 2021, the best sales result in the company’s 30-year history. The company is owned by Abris Capital Partners, a private equity fund investing in Central Europe which acquired it in 2015.
