A new recruitment site has been launched to help displaced Ukrainians find work in the aftermath of the country’s ongoing war with Russia. UATalents.com has been launched by Ivan Kychatyi and Nikita Overchyk.

“Millions of people are fleeing from Ukraine’s war zones. Many have lost their jobs or their customers. Whether they live in other European countries or in safe places in Ukraine, they are united by the will to earn a living to provide for their families or invest back into their country. UA Talent has the ambition to provide job opportunities to as many affected persons as possible,” Kychatyi said.

The site is being supported by Axel Springer-owned recruitment giant StepStone, with the company’s CEO Sebastian Dettmers voicing his company’s support on LinkedIn.

UATalents is expected to list 5,000 job offers in the coming weeks and continuously extend them. Employers who sign up will immediately receive free access to the talent pool and can contribute monetary support packages to maintain the platform’s operations. All remaining proceeds will be donated to Ukraine-related causes.
