Crockford has been with the Germany-based online real estate company since the beginning of 2016, most recently in the capacity of vice president for growth enablement. She has also worked in the areas of pricing and product & analytics, and for FlowFact, a Cologne-based ImmoScout24 subsidiary specialized in CRM services which provides software services to real estate professionals.

In her new role, she will be responsible for the company’s sales organization, customer service, customer relationship management and pricing, said ImmoScout24, announcing the appointment.

“With her personality and expertise, Gesa has made a decisive contribution to our development of ImmoScout24 from a pure advertising portal to a digital champion for real estate,” said Weitz, managing director of ImmoScout24 and member of the Scout24 SE management board.

“With our new personnel line-up, we are excellently positioned to grow further and become the central point of contact for all real estate-related processes.”

The company says it is aiming to build a digital ecosystem for real estate and thus make the entire process of buying and selling, financing, renting and letting or the management of real estate more digital and efficient.

“I am really looking forward to the new tasks. As part of a strong team, I want to set new impulses and initiatives for the further development of our sales,” said Crockford. “The partnership with our customers continues to have the highest priority.”

ImmoScout24 is Germany’s largest real estate marketplace. It competes against Axel Springer properties ImmoWelt.de and ImmoNet.de, as well as Wg-Gesucht.de.
