Russian banking Sberbank’s Rabota.ru, the No.3 recruitment classified in Russia, has launched a new urgent job search function.

At the moment, about 72,000 listings throughout Russia involve urgent hiring. Over half of the posted listings are for positions in the trade industry, and offerings in the human resources and recruitment, transport and logistics, construction and real estate, manufacturing and agro and IT markets are also popular.

According to Rabota.ru, job-seeker activity in the labor market increased significantly in March. The most significant increase was thanks to a new option to add resumes without specifying the a desired work industry. Job-seekers that did indicate a preferred sector favored positions in office and business services, transport and logistics, trade, or marketing.
