Adevinta Spain’s employment platform InfoJobs has partnered with Madrid-based Hirint, which assesses and ranks candidates using intelligent tests in combination with organizational psychology and big data.

Working with Hirint, InfoJobs has launched a new skills test in ePreselec — its selection-process manager. Hirint claims to offer “smart recruiting” by predicting “who will better perform the job by assessing skills (such as communication, teamwork, planning, initiative and leadership) and competencies related to the vacancy.”

Apart from ranking candidates, Hirint generates a detailed report for the company, enabling it to see the respective strengths and weaknesses of candidates. It also sends a report to the candidates themselves, to help improve their experience of the hiring process.

Hirint says its algorithms are “are gender-, race-, and age-blind, fostering objective decisions.” It maintains that its software saves up to 57% of time in recruiting candidates and up to 92% of employee turnover in the first six months.

According to Adevinta Spain, 249,682 vacancies were listed on infoJobs in March, up 16% on the previous month and 57% higher than in March 2021.
