Indonesia-based proptech company PinHome has raised 719 billion Rupiah ($50.0 million U.S.) through its series B funding round, with participation from investors including Goodwater Capital, Intudo Ventures, RibbitCapital, Eurazeo Smart City, Insignia Ventures, and Interactive Fund.
This round brings the property website’s estimated valuation to around $225 million U.S.
PinHome provides a one-stop property transaction application that includes a guide to buying property, ranging from ideal budget calculation, real estate checks, payment options, agent contacts, inspections, price estimates, mortgage guidance and starting the transaction.
In addition, the proptech company has entered the lifestyle sector with its PinHome Home Service (PHS), which offers options such as home cleaning, car wash, and relaxation massage.
“PinHome establishes partnerships with various stakeholders such as banks, contractors, notaries, and other property service providers to facilitate the property transaction process,” said the head of strategic marketing, branding and communication, Galih Fauzan.
