Programmatic recruitment marketer Talroo has tied up with JobSync to simplify job search by letting candidates apply for work directly on Talroo’s platform.

Talroo, rebranded from jobs2careers in 2018, distributes job ads to candidates based on those candidates’ job-search activity around the web. It offers a performance-based service that optimizes recruiters’ budgets through automated ad-space purchases.

JobSync, meanwhile, provides one-click apply technology that integrates third-party career sites with employers’ applicant tracking systems. The integration lets job seekers apply on third-party sites without having to click through to the employer sites, thus improving application rates.

“With Talroo’s consumer marketing approach, companies reach the right job seekers that continue to be engaged throughout their journey, resulting in high-intent candidates delivered to employers,” Talroo’s announcement explains. “With JobSync and Talroo, companies reduce candidate abandonment by keeping candidates in the native Talroo job page when applying, enabling candidates to have a better application experience and ultimately leading to increased conversion rates.”
