Rathin Sinha, a serial job board entrepreneur, has sold JobFindah, his “second act” to Circa, a talent acquisition and diversity hiring company, and is moving on. Sinha started America’s Job Exchange in 2007, and later sold it to Time Warner Cable. It was later passed on to Circa.

We last wrote about Sinha (LinkedIn profile) when he launched JobFindah in 2016. The network included VetJobFindah for veterans, WomensJobFindah and AbilityJobFindah for people with disabilities.

“The opportunity [to help] under-represented minorities, women and the disapled find meaningful employment while also assisting employers … is what I truly cherished,” he wrote on LinkedIn. “I look forward to staying connected and contributing to fulfilling that mission.”
