France-based real estate site Bien’Ici has announced that Cyril Janin will replace outgoing CEO David Benbassat as the group’s operational head. Created in 2015, Bien’Ici is operated by FNAIM, a national group of real estate agents. Janin, formerly CEO of Logic-Immo, currently holds the role of president, and will combine the two functions going forward.

I would like to sincerely thank David Benbassat for the work accomplished which has enabled Bien’ici, in less than six years, to rise to third place among real estate portals,” said FNAIM president Jean-Marc Torroillon.

“Today, Bien’ici has 156 million visits in 2021, a turnover growing by nearly 60% and more than 12,000 active customers. A beautiful page is turning, a new one is opening: I have full confidence in Cyril and his team to write it and make Bien’ici the reference tool for real estate professionals, recognized by their clients.”

Bien’Ici is currently the No. 3 property group in France, behind Axel Springer’s SeLoger and Logic-Immo and Adevinta’s LeBonCoin.
