A leading British female-focused job board has relaunched and is now fully integrated with multi-posting service Broadbean.
2to3days.com connects talented women with flexible career opportunities from inclusive employers in sectors including accountancy, law, technology, marketing, insurance and banking.
The job board supports all aspects of flexible working arrangements, including flexi-hours, telecommuting, job-share, working from home, remote working and returnships.
The aim of the job board is to help solve the problem whereby employers can struggle to attract and retain female talent at mid to senior level, because they don’t offer the flexibility these candidates often require. By matching recruiters prepared to offer flexibility with female jobseekers who need this, the site aims to help both parties and solve the issue.
“We believe the power of flexible working is the key to enabling women to reach their full potential and for companies to find and hire under-represented talent,” said 2to3days founder Juliet Turnbull (LinkedIn profile).
“As our network of talented women grows, we consistently support forward-thinking companies with their diverse hiring strategies. Our integration with Broadbean means it’s now even easier for direct employers and recruitment agencies to advertise their jobs.”
Recruiters can advertise jobs from £295 per listing and other recruitment solutions are available on its website.
