Madrid-based real estate marketplace Idealista has acquired Inmovilla, a provider of automation software for real estate agents. Financial details were not disclosed. Inmovilla is based in Elche, which is located in the province of Alicante in the southeast of Spain. During late 2020, Idealista was acquired by private equity firm EQT Partners. Apart from Spain, Idealista also has operations in Italy and Portugal.

Founded in 2006 by Raul Segovia, Inmovilla currently has more than 4,000 clients nationwide. According to Inmovilla’s website, “Our real estate CRM system in the cloud not manages your office … [facilitating] external work, such as the automatic sending of e-mails, the publication of listings in many portals completely free of charge and the updating of your website in real time.” It also allows realtors to “create shop windows, their own listings and contracts, drip marketing, personalized marketed campaigns and surveys.”

According to Idealista, “Inmovilla will maintain its independence on a day-to-day basis and maintain its extensive network of collaborations and integrations with the main portals and operators in the real estate sector in Spain.” Segovia will continue to lead Inmovilla. It added that “The acquisition of Inmovilla by Idealista is part of the company’s growth and technological expansion strategy, which is always in search of the best talent, the best technology and innovative solutions for real estate professionals.”

This acquisition is the ninth made by idealista over the past two years. Just two months ago, it acquired Italian company Regold, which is also a provider of services to real estate agents.
