, a provider of outsourced recruitment services and software, and the Professional Diversity Network have agreed to co-market each other’s diversity-focused job listings.

PDN describes itself as a global developer and operator of online and in-person networks. It provides access to job opportunities, training programs and educational offerings to women, minorities, veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, and disabled persons.

PDN’s collaboration with will help distribute job postings across all professional categories (or “career communities”) on’s job board will launch a specialized career community focused on diversity, which PDN will sponsor. will offer a new diversity upgrade for its job posts, and PDN has agreed to distribute these upgraded jobs to its own network. 

“Diversity recruitment is a critical component of modern talent acquisition,” CEO Evan Sohn wrote in the announcement claims a database of 160 million professional profiles to help enterprise clients target passive job candidates. 

Publicly traded posted a $4.2 million net loss on $6.9 million revenue during the last quarter. The company forecasted that it will reach breakeven earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization in Q4 as it improves its software offerings and delivery operations.
