Switzerland-based proptech company PriceHubble has introduced an AI assessment tool for real estate companies to provide valuations of multiple properties in Japan.
Offered free for a trial period, followed by a monthly fee of Y10,000 ($75 U.S.), the tool can be integrated into desktop and mobile web to give accurate assessment results of for-sale as well as rental properties, including condominiums / apartments and detached houses nationwide, according to an announcement.
A real estate company or marketplace can embed a link into its website to get assessment results or estimated price ranges based on big data in a few seconds.
Also available in the application programming interface (API), the assessment function can be customized according to clients’ requirements.
Founded in 2016 and based in Zurich, Switzerland, PriceHubble provides digital services and market insights for the real estate industry. It operates in eight European countries and Japan with 180 employees worldwide.
