MotorK, a leading SaaS provider for the automotive retail sector in the EMEA region has appointed two new senior managers.

Yair Pinyan (LinkedIn profile) becomes senior VP, head of R&D from June 27. He will be based in Israel and will work as a business enabler, leading MotorK’s engineering, IT operations and QA teams. Pinyan has over 20 years of experience in R&D and has extensive knowledge of how advanced technologies can solve complex problems.

In his new role he will help MotorK to evolve and innovate by managing the implementation and enhancement of MotorK’s technology infrastructure.

Jason Fitzpatrick is appointed as chief operations officer and begins his role on July 4. The aim of his role is to increase the company’s organisational functionality and cohesion. Fitzpatrick will be based in London and will play a key role in improving MotorK’s efficiency so the company is prepared for its current scale-up ambitions.

Fitzpatrick has relevant experience in technology, building and in growing services and teams. He will manage cross-departmental communications and ensure MotorK is geared towards fulfilling its plans for business growth.

Both new appointments will report to Marco Marlia, MotorK’s co-founder and CEO.
