Professional-networking app operator Drama & Company has acquired intern-recruitment marketplace Superookie for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2013 by Choi Jae-ho, Drama & Co. operates Remember, also known as the South Korean LinkedIn, and rectech service RememberCareer.

Based in Seoul, Superookie connects employers with interns and also offers resume writing, grade calculator and career development services to new entrants to the job market.

Drama & Co. is aiming to develop business synergies through integrating the newly-acquired firm with its services, according to a company statement to media.

“Competition for recruitment has intensified. We’ll continue to maintain the competitiveness of Remember’s high-quality talent pool,” Jae-ho, also the company’s CEO, said of the latest acquisition, which solidifies the group’s competitive position against Seek Asia-backed Job Korea Inc. The latest deal followed the acquisition of expert network service Liahnson & Company in June. Last year, Drama & Co. raised $134 million U.S. from leading job-site operator SaraminHR and others.
