Ukraine-headquartered recruitment aggregator Jooble is launching a job-search mobile app and real-time hiring-intent data platform.
The Jooble Job Search mobile app for iOS and Android allows Ukrainian jobseekers to view and apply for positions in 69 countries around the world. Its filters cover specialties, regions, and job formats (offsite or remote) from more than 140,000 sources. The app is focused on a quick job search, including seasonal offers.
Currently, the application is running in test mode. The new app allows users to set notifications and receive daily updates with career opportunities. As well as viewing job offers, viewers can apply for positions in-app.
Jooble has also launched the HelpUkrainians website to publish vacancies for Ukrainians free of charge.
“In the near future, we will expand the mobile app’s capabilities. We are now primarily focused on updating the referral system for our jobseekers based on their needs and requirements, skills, experience, education, salary and benefits expectations, employer’s requirements, location, and even future career plans,” said Maksym Belyak, chief product officer at Jooble.
The company’s real-time hiring-intent data platform for lead generation, meanwhile, is aimed at recruitment companies working with actively-hiring tech employers, such as recruiters, outstaffing agencies, and professional employer optimization platforms. The product is currently in development, and no details have been disclosed.
