Schibsted’s EVP and chief people and corporate affairs officer, Mette Krogsrud, is to leave the company.

The departure follows another exit from Schibsted: earlier this month, another member of the group management team, Dan Ouchterlony, also announced that he would leave the marketplace operator. Ouchterlony has not yet specified what new leading role he will take on in a Nordic company.

Krogsrud, meanwhile, will join the global leadership advisory company Spencer Stuart International in November. She had been chief people and corporate affairs officer at Schibsted since the beginning of 2019, during which time she served as a member of the executive management team, according to an announcement by Schibsted.

“We’re going to miss Mette, but understand that her competence and deep knowledge are sought after, also outside the Schibsted family,” said Kristin Skogen Lund, CEO of Schibsted, who has already started to look for Krogsrud’s replacement.

Ouchterlony’s successor is Andrew Kvålseth, EVP and chief investment officer.
