French horizontal LeBonCoin has announced the launch of a new offer on its real estate vertical, Prospection Vendeurs, a sales-prospecting service aimed at professionals. This new service completes the company’s ‘Immo Pack Intégral’, a property offer introduced last year.

The company said that 64% of the country’s real estate professionals are present on its site, with the vertical attracting 12.8 million unique visitors per month. According to the group, 70% of all real estate projects in France begin on its sites, with 42% exclusively using LeBonCoin platforms.

The ‘Prospection Vendeurs’ product capitalizes on this data and location features, with 81% of private property listings having localization details, allowing professionals to identify in real time which zones to prospect as a priority.

“The power of LeBonCoin is an essential asset for professionals, in the provinces, as in the Paris region. The result is a wealth of exceptional data (to which they now have access through, an unparalleled plurality of real estate project leaders (of which more than 40% are exclusive to us) and an incomparable strike force,” said Aurélien Flament, director of the real estate market at LeBonCoin .

The group also premiered an offer for new real estate, the ‘Immo Neuf Premium Pack’. This is an upgrade on an existing service which already offered a professional showcase and a dedicated page with multi-casting of listings across the group’s platforms. The new addition is the uploading of all advertisements automatically on LeBonCoin, every week, throughout their lifespan.

Adevinta-owned LeBonCoin real estate sites, LeBonCoin and AVendreALouer, are market leaders, alongside Axel Springer-owned SeLoger Groupe, including the SeLoger and Logic-Immo sites.
