Unified Job Portal, a governmental recruitment aggregator that was announced by Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and the State Employment Service in spring 2022, is now operational.
The platform allows users to filter information on job offers by region, industry and salary level, with new vacancies appearing in real time. The five largest employment verticals in the country — Work.ua, Robota.ua, Jooble.org, Grc.ua, Novarobota.ua and Pidbir.com — co-operated in the creation of this aggregator.
“Employment is an extremely urgent problem for many Ukrainians today. Too many people have been forced to leave their homes due to hostilities in their regions and relocate. At the same time, businesses that have changed their locations due to the war and enterprises that are opening or expanding, including with the help of our grant programs, need a workforce. This new tool will help employers and employees and contribute to the recovery and further development of the economy,” said Yuliia Svyrydenko, first deputy prime minister, minister of economy of Ukraine.
“The Ukraine Recovery Plan envisages the creation of more than 1.7 million jobs over the next few years. Therefore, the Unified Job Portal will also be very useful in the future,” she added.
