TrackFive has hired David Holman as VP of engineering.
Holman (LinkedIn profile), was previously senior engineer at Snagajob where he spent almost 16 years. In his new role he will be responsible for leading TrackFive’s product and technology initiatives and to help the company to cater for the growing demand for its specialized career platforms.
It is a leading provider of active candidates in travel healthcare and transportation, through its platforms. It has also expanded into recruitment marketing services and is currently developing other undisclosed career platforms.
“David has over a decade of experience in the HR Technology space working for the largest career marketplace for hourly employment candidates,” said Oliver Feakins, TrackFive CEO.
“This makes him the perfect addition to help grow our career platforms and take our company to the next level.”
His appointment is part of a strategic push by the company to expand its product offering over the next few years. This will involve moving into new markets and expanding recruitment products and services in existing markets. The company plans to continue aggressively hiring talent and make acquisitions that support its future growth plans.
TrackFive has experienced a spike in demand for its career platforms since the pandemic, achieving post-pandemic annual growth of over 50% and monthly recurring revenue up over 70%, according to TrackFive EVP Aarin Seprinski.
