Germany-based New Work SE’s career network Xing is rebranding its high-revenue recruitment business. The recruiting segment will now operate under the name Onlyfy, which will replace the Prescreen and Xing E-Recruiting brands.

The rebranded platform will combine active sourcing, passive sourcing and application management using artificial intelligence (AI). According to the company, Onlyfy aims to make recruiting processes simpler, faster and more efficient. “The use of smart tools … gives them [recruiters] more room for the most important tasks: Namely, responding to the talent and thus finding the perfect match,” said Frank Hassler, CSO of New Work SE.

Using AI, the platform can provide companies with suggestions for job titles and skills, while leveraging the Xing network, which has more than 21 million members who can be contacted directly through the platform. According to Hassler, “Onlyfy makes finding talent easier than ever … In the new world of work, talent is in short supply. Companies need to recognise and reposition recruiting as a strategic success factor in order to remain competitive. This requires not only a rethink but in many cases more agile processes and a stronger digital focus.”

New Work SE, which was called Xing SE until 2019, was founded in 2003. The company has a number of other brands, including Kununu, which has 7 million workplace insights, including more than 2.1 million salary data points, and Internations, a global social network and information portal for expats.
