In a LinkedIn post, Skinner Ricketts describes the firm as an early stage HR tech company destined for unicorn status.

“We set out to build the world’s only career fitness platform designed to transform professional women+ into future-ready leaders,” Skinner Ricketts wrote.

“With more than 500 members and the world’s leading companies as our partners, we’re seeing an average 110% improvement in career momentum for our members. We’re seeing our clients improve #retention, #engagement and, perhaps most importantly, feed their #leadership pipeline.”

Skinner Ricketts worked at Cars.com for six years before leaving earlier this year.

Prior to joining Cars.com, Skinner Ricketts did a stint of less than a year at the fintech platform Avant as vice president of brand and design. Before that, she spent two years as head of brand strategy at Twitter.

She has also worked at such marketing agencies as Digitas, Foote Cone & Belding (FCB), Doe-Anderson and PriceWeber.
