CoStar Group’s U.K.-based commercial real estate marketplace Realla has been rebranded.

It now has the same logo and colour scheme as its U.S. counterpart LoopNet, which will facilitate a better search experience, according to the company. Realla is marketed to agents in the U.K. as part of “the world’s largest commercial real estate marketing platform.”

Washington, D.C.,-based CoStar acquired Realla in 2018, describing its expertise in capturing listings data in other European markets as a good fit with CoStar’s expansion strategy. CoStar owns and operates a number of commercial real estate marketplaces in Continental Europe, including Spain-based Belbex and BureauxLocaux.com in France. It acquired these companies in 2017 and 2021, respectively.

LoopNet is the leading commercial real estate marketplace in the U.S. It also offers a suite of data products. Following its acquisition of the Homes.com domain, CoStar is moving into residential real estate, where it is seeking to challenge Zillow.

Last month, CoStar posted better-than-expected revenue growth for Q3 2022, amid accelerated growth for its rental marketplace segment.
