Indonesia-based auto classifieds site Carsentro has opened a showroom in the city of Bogor in West Java province, CarMudi Indonesia reports. After a soft launch last month, the facility was officially opened in mid-November. The 2,400-square-meter facility can accommodate up to 120 display cars.

Carsentro’s strategic partners include Carsome Capital and iCar Asia. A majority stake in the latter was acquired by Malaysia-based c-to-b-to-c automotive marketplace Carsome Group Group from Catcha Group and other shareholders in February this year.

“We believe Carsentro is a used car exchange with great potential, especially for home dealers who want to grow their business,” said Andre, Branch Manager of BCA Finance Bogor, one of seven financing companies working with Carsentro Bogor.

“I entered from the beginning of October… [and] sold five cars here,” said home dealer Ari Bowo.

Carsentro offers a warranty of up to 12 months on the used cars that it sells in conjunction with Warranty Smart Indonesia.
