PropertyGuru Group, which operates real estate marketplaces in Southeast Asia, is to launch PropertyGuru for Business in all of its main markets — Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia — on 8th Dec.

PropertyGuru for Business will unify the company’s b-to-b offerings, providing clients with data-driven insights to optimise their performance in the property sector in South East Asia, according to the company.

The 8 Dec. launch will coincide with the eighth edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit.

PropertyGuru recently posted its financial results for Q3 2022. Revenue rose by 47% year on year, to SGD35 million ($25 million U.S.). However, the company posted a net loss of SGD7.4 million for the quarter, compared with a net loss of SGD9.6 million in the year-earlier period. However, adjusted EBITDA improved from a SGD1.5 million loss in Q3 2021 to a positive SGD5.7 million in Q3 2022.

Citigroup recently initiated coverage of PropertyGuru, giving it a “buy” rating and setting a target price of $7.00 per share. At the time of writing, its share price stood at $5.10.
