Richard Blumberger has resigned as the chief financial officer (CFO) of U.K.-based Marshall Motor Holdings, according to a Companies House filing.

Marshall Motors was acquired by Constellation Automotive Group — which also owns online car dealers Cinch, BCA and WeBuyAnyCar — in May 2022. Soon after the acquisition, Marshall Motors CEO Daksh Gupta left his position and remains on gardening leave. A new CEO has yet to be appointed.

Blumberger (LinkedIn profile) was appointed as CFO in 2019, replacing Mark Raban. Blumberger was previously director of group finance at Mitie (a facilities management and professional services company) and has also held senior finance roles at Balfour Beatty, Cofely and WorkPlace. His LinkedIn profile gives no indication as to why he resigned.

The AIM Group has contacted Constellation Automotive for comment, and we will update this article if we receive a response.
