In Poland, recruitment company Grupa Pracuj has revamped its job site,, enhancing user experience, searching, and applying for job offers.

The revamped site introduces changes based on three key pillars. The first is a more intuitive interface to give users a better user experience. The second is an improved search for job offers, with stronger use of recommendation mechanisms based on artificial intelligence. The third key change is the “Easy apply” feature, which simplifies the recruitment process and lets users choose whether they want to fill out additional forms from the employer or simply send a CV.

The new version also gives employers more opportunities to reach candidates, with algorithms that analyze user behavior and preferences to match companies with candidates. They are already responsible for more than half of job applications on the website, according to the company’s statement.

Additionally, the site has been adapted to be conveniently operated on mobile devices in accordance with the “mobile first” principle.
