Adevinta Spain has acquired ImmoWeb, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software to the real estate sector, according to a press release. Financial terms were not disclosed. 

Headquartered in Barcelona, Adevinta Spain’s horizontals are Milanuncios (general goods), Fotocasa and Habitaclia (property), InfoJobs (employment) and Coches.net and Motos.net (automotive). 

ImmoWeb is based in Madrid and has a team of nine. Adevinta Spain maintains that ImmoWeb will continue to operate autonomously. 

According to Adevinta Spain, this acquisition “reinforces its focus on the real estate sector, which is a priority for the company.”

We now incorporate InmoWeb into our portfolio with the confidence that they will continue to grow and offer excellent solutions available to all real estate agencies in Spain.”

A subsidiary of Oslo-based Adevinta, Adevinta Spain reported revenue of €212 million ($224 million U.S.) for 2022, up 12% on the previous year.
