Frontier Digital Ventures (FDV), which operates marketplaces in emerging markets, aims to reach the $100 million U.S. revenue mark in Latin America in the medium term, the company said in a 2022 full-year results presentation made available on Feb. 28.
FDV LatAm, the group’s Latin American business division, reached AUD45.2 million ($31 million U.S.) in revenues in the full year of 2022, with real estate accounting for 81% of its total revenue in the period. The general and auto categories made up another 11% and 8% of total revenue, respectively.
FDV also reaffirmed plans to “assess monetization and liquidity opportunities … with Nasdaq considered the logical exchange for a potential listing.”
