Leading Vietnam-based classifieds site operator Cho Tot Co. has launched a real estate portal called Nha Tot (“Good House”), website CafeBiz reports. Cho Tot Co. is a subsidiary of Singapore-based marketplaces operator Carousell Group.
Nha Tot will replace the real estate section of Chotot; a link to Nha Tot is now pinned to the homepage of Chotot.com.
In addition to listings, Nha Tot provides price charts, market analysis and information on home loans, among other things.
According to Nguyen Trong Tan, general director of Cho Tot Co., “Nha Tot aims to become a trusted proptech platform and help to satisfy the housing needs of millions of Vietnamese.”
