With a new search function embedded on its homepage, Germany-based job network Xing now offers non-registered users the opportunity to search for a job on the platform.
Search filter options for job seekers include “home office,” “flexible working hours,” and “childcare.” Information about the company culture and salary data are also provided, according to a press release.
“The Xing Jobs Marketplace now offers the largest and, thanks to customised filters, also the most individual selection of job offers in the German-speaking world. As a result, Xing users can find a new job every 40 seconds on average,” said Xing managing director Thomas Kindler (LinkedIn profile).
Xing has the most job listings in the German-speaking world, with approximately 1.4 million ads, with approximately 35,000 new positions posted each day, according to the company
It is a subsidiary of New Work SE, which is a public company. Apart from Xing, New Work also owns employer-rating site Kununu and OnlyFy by Xing, a talent acquisition platform that was launched in 2022. New Work says its has around 2,000 employees.
