Adevinta Ventures has promoted two of its investment manager — Leire Corral Barcia and Stefan Grabmann — to principal, the company has announced.
Jordi Iserte, investment director, praised the “hard work, dedication and expertise” of his two colleagues in a LinkedIn post.
Corral Barcia (LinkedIn profile) has been at Adevinta for over five years. Having started as strategy and business development manager in 2018, she went on to become investment manager at Adevinta Ventures, a role she held for three and half years before her recent promotion.
Her time in the Schibsted group goes back further, and includes stints at marketplaces Yapo.cl in Chile, Segundamano.mx in Mexico and France-based LeBonCoin as part of the company’s management trainee scheme.
Congratulating Grabmann in a LinkedIn post, Corral Barcia wrote, “I’m very proud of what we are building together and ready for the new challenges ahead.”
Grabmann (LinkedIn profile) is in his fourth year at Adevinta, having also been promoted from investment manager at Adevinta Ventures. His previous employers include India-based vacation platform Oyo and Bertelsmann India Investments.
