Recruiter.com has launched Recruiter Marketplace, a new talent acquisition platform, according to a statement from the company.
The platform connects employers with vetted freelance candidates through automation to provide a flexible, cost-effective way to access global freelance talent, says the company.
It cites research that suggests 46% of independent professionals plan to use an online talent platform to find work over the next 12 months as evidence that such platforms are an increasingly important part of the economy.
Recruiter Marketplace is intended to allow recruiters to engage with employers on a project-by-project basis. This on-demand solution lets organizations efficiently scale hiring to their requirements, creating cost-efficiencies, says the company.
Recruiter.com’s clients include Zoom, Pfizer, Moody’s, Goldman Sachs and various startups. It has built up a large database of talent acquisition professionals, many of whom offer bespoke recruiting services, covering various industries, locations and niche services.
Recruiter.com has added toolset skill filtering for tools such as ChatGPT, HireEZ, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
“Launching our OnDemand Recruiter Marketplace now offers a self-service option for the SMB market and enterprises that need fractional recruiters,” said Evan Sohn, CEO of Recruiter.com. “These technology-enabled initiatives transform our business with higher gross margin revenue opportunities.”
