Estonia-based job matching app MeetFrank has integrated generative AI tool ChatGPT to help recruiters create job descriptions and outreach copy for job posts.
According to a MeetFrank blogpost, a recruiter only needs to input such information as employment type, location and salary and click on the “generate with AI” button to automatically create an introductory message, job description and pitch message. These texts can then be edited prior to publication.
“With MeetFrank, you will reduce the time and money spent on recruitment — 10x compared to traditional hiring,” it said.
Founded in 2017, MeetFrank targets passive job seekers who are reached through pitch messages. It has a database of more than 15,000 candidates in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany and Pakistan.
