Global automotive technology company MotorK has appointed two new senior managers for its business across the EMEA region.

Daria Grazzi (LinkedIn profile) becomes chief human resources officer. Grazzi will lead the strategy for the company’s global HR team. She will have a key role to play in reinforcing the company’s commitment to equity diversity and inclusion as the company continues to grow, the company said in a statement announcing the news.

Grazzi has a master’s degree in general management and has over 20 years’ experience in HR, across several industries. In the past five years she has worked for digital companies gaining expertise in startup and scaleup businesses.

The second appointment is of Philippe Schulz (LinkedIn profile), who joins the senior executive team as chief customer officer. He will lead the operational departments of the business, including training and professional services. Schulz has over 30 years’ experience in the software industry. Prior to joining MotorK he was VP of professional services for Astute, a software company that specialises in CX management.

Motor K said 151 new staff joined in 2022, taking its total workforce to almost 500 people across 11 EMEA locations.

In February MotorK published its 2022 financial results which showed sold progress for the company and a 40% increase in revenue year-on-year.
