British real estate portal OnTheMarket has integrated Finch, a new digital e-signature product through its software business into its TecLet letting and management platform.

The integration means electronically signed documents will be held within the TecLet platform’s document center. Documents can also be automatically distributed when a landlord or tenant takes on a new property. There is also the facility to void and resend agreements. The integration allows prescribed information to be automatically sent as part of the Deposit Payment workflow.

“The addition of Finch to our ‘stable’ is another example of how we are constantly looking to add choice and help our agent clients stand out from the crowd,” said Alan Blockley of OnTheMarket Software

Existing Finch users can continue to use their account and arrange for it to be operated via the TecLet platform and API. A number of features are included free within the TecLet platform. Further functionality features from Finch are available at an additional cost.

“The seamless integration makes it incredibly straightforward to use and users benefit both in terms of efficiency and productivity but also from improved cost management and reduced expenditure,” said Alexander Ali, director at Finch.

Last month OnTheMarket launched new client accounting functionality to its Teclet lettings and management platform.
