Data-driven recruitment marketing agency Recruitics has acquired video recruitment platform Jamyr for an undisclosed sum, according to a statement from Recruitics.
The acquisition enables Recruitics to add a scalable video recruitment product to its platform, which should improve the candidate experience and applicant engagement. Jamyr provides employee generated video content at scale, enabling organizations of all sizes to easily engage job seekers with high quality and relevant video content.
Recruitics operates an AI-powered recruitment technology platform, iON, to help companies attract and hire talent. The company was founded in 2012 and has offices across North America and Europe. It provides clients with recruitment marketing solutions including candidate targeting and acquisition, applicant nurturing and engagement, employer branding, career sites, programmatic advertising and data analytics.
Recruitics iON platform focuses on programmatic advertising, engagement and recruitment analytics. It uses Recruitics proprietary technology to track, interpret and optimize recruitment marketing strategies for its clients. Recruitics claims its platform connects its clients to the entire recruitment marketing ecosystem using thousands of integrations.
It converts data from jobs, recruitment adverts, jobseeker events and campaign costs into actionable data sets that help to power the most advanced recruitment marketing tools currently available.
“Video has become the dominant form of communication and it shows no signs of slowing down,” said Adam Stafford, CEO of Recruitics. “Jamyr is the perfect addition to our product line-up – we have seen incredible success with video recruitment for active and passive candidates over the last several years, and Jamyr will enable our clients to scale this essential and currently underutilized medium in their recruitment processes.”
Jamyr is an end-to-end recruitment video platform that encapsulated capture, curation and hosting. It allows users to request, record, edit and capture employee generated recruitment video content from office and remote workers.
These employee videos showcase the companies’ brand. Jamyr then integrates with ATS’ and job landing pages to present job seekers with relevant and compelling video content in their job search when they are deciding which employer to apply to or accept a position from.
“At Jamyr, we believe every company should be creating video content that gives candidates valuable insights about the employee experience,” said Brian Mooney, Co-founder of Jamyr. “With Recruitics, we can scale our solution and build a better candidate experience.”
